Can I send this product directly to the recipient?

Yes, that is possible. You can enter a different delivery address during checkout so that we send your order directly to the recipient. An invoice or price information is never included with the package.

Is this product gift-wrapped?

If you order on a working day before 4:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

At this moment, it is not yet possible to select a specific delivery date during the ordering process. We depend on the carrier for the final delivery.

Would you like the gift to be delivered around a special date, such as a birthday or anniversary? Please mention this in the comments during checkout or contact us. If desired, we can add an 'Open on date' sticker to the gift and coordinate the shipping moment as closely as possible. What are the shipping costs?

For mailbox packages, the shipping costs are €4.95. For gift boxes and larger packages, you pay €6.95. For orders of €60 or more, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Can I return my order?

Can I send multiple gifts to different addresses?

Yes, that is possible. You can specify one delivery address per order. Would you like to surprise multiple people at different addresses? If so, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
